Carrick Lindsay joins as insolvency partner

Carrick Lindsay has joined Shakespeare Putsman's expanding insolvency team as a partner.

The firm has recruited more than 60 people since launch with Carrick's arrival marking the firm's first new partner appointment.

Carrick joins Shakespeare Putsman from Cobbetts in Birmingham where he was a partner in the corporate recovery and insolvency practice. He handles both contentious and non-contentious matters and acts for insolvency practitioners, banks, asset-based lenders and other financial institutions, as well as directors and other stakeholders.
