Employment law update - 10 and 11 March 2009

Shakespeare Putsman's employment team will be holding two concise employment law updates in March 2009 at our offices in central Birmingham.

Designed to bring HR professionals up to date with the latest developments in employment law they will explain the implications for your business in just 45 minutes.

In particular we will be focusing on the key changes to the Employment Tribunal rules, and the new statutory procedures including statutory disciplinary and dismissal procedures in addition to the statutory grievance procedure.

We will also look at other important employment issues which businesses are facing at present such as redundancy, discrimination and unfair dismissal.
