Melanie Mapstone joins corporate team as associate

Melanie Mapstone has joined the corporate team as an associate.

Melanie comes to Shakespeare Putsman from the Redditch office of Browning & Co where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales, disposals, management buy-outs, share option agreements and joint ventures and trading contracts. Her experience will bring additional expertise to a corporate team which is particularly noted for its work on deals with a value of between £1m and £10m.

"One of the things that attracted me to the firm was the scale, variety and volume of the work carried out by the corporate team," said Melanie. "This is a growing team with ambitious plans for the future and I see my move to Shakespeare Putsman as a great way for me to further my career, work with a high calibre of clients and be part of a vibrant team."
