Two new associates at Shakespeare Putsman

Birmingham law firm Shakespeare Putsman has two new associates in Alan Dark and Martin Noble.

Alan joins the firm's employment team from Needham & James at a time of growth for the department which also recently recruited two new solicitors, Kate Attwood and Ella Bond.

Alan said: "Shakespeare Putsman offers a fantastic opportunity to join a strong employment team and to work with a dynamic and ambitious group of people as well as presenting an invaluable opportunity to advise high quality clients, including some truly global brand names. Being part of an expanding team in a large city-centre based practice gives me the chance to further develop my skills as a lawyer and to progress my career with a well respected firm."

Also achieving the rank of associate is Martin Noble who has been promoted within the firm's intellectual property team having joined Shakespeare Putsman in March 2007. Martin advises on all aspects of intellectual property, including patents, trade marks, designs, copyright and passing off. He also advises on the intellectual property aspects of commercial deals and exploitation of rights generally. Martin is described in national legal directory Chambers as 'one to watch'.
