New faces at Shakespeare Putsman

Birmingham law firm Shakespeare Putsman has recruited nearly 30 new lawyers and paralegals since Shakespeares Solicitors and Putsmans LLP merged in April last year.

The 28 new recruits are spread across the firm's various disciplines and work at all levels from paralegal to partner. New starters press release 040108

Solicitor Sarah Hoey, pictured here second to the right on the back row, said: "I chose to join Shakespeare Putsman earlier this year because everyone I met at the firm was really enthusiastic about working here. I liked the promise of being able to work with quality clients in a growing commercial property department and of the career opportunities outlined for people throughout the firm. So far I haven't regretted my decision to take the job!"

Shakespeare Putsman Chief Executive Paul Wilson said: "The influx of new people in recent months has helped our new firm to get off to a great start by enriching our already strong mix of talented people. Taken alongside a number of new hires in supporting roles, around 25 per cent of our staff are completely new to Shakespeare Putsman, rather than having previously worked for either Shakespeares or Putsmans. This helps to bring a fresh perspective to growing our firm."
