Shakespeare Putsman makes double appointment

Leading Birmingham law firm Shakespeare Putsman has announced the appointment of two new partners to expand their commercial resolution team.

Sundeep Ladwa joins the commercial litigation team from Pinsent Masons. He has more than ten years experience advising a range of corporate clients, local authorities and central government departments. Sundeep is a board member of the Institute of Asian Business.

Rehan Akram joins from Eversheds. He specialises in Employment Tribunal litigation and has a particular interest in discrimination law. Rehan advised on the first religious discrimination case in England to be heard by the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Commenting on the appointments, chief executive Paul Wilson said: "We are extremely pleased that Sundeep and Rehan have decided to join us. Their appointments reflect our continued desire to carefully build our new firm."
