Shakespeare Putsman advise on Swiss deal

Birmingham law firm Shakespeare Putsman has advised on the sale of City Gate Money Managers Ltd and a majority stake of SPA Corporate Finance Ltd to Swiss asset management business Helvetia Wealth AG.

The shareholders of both businesses will continue their involvement in Helvetia Wealth to create a new financial services group in the UK.

London lawyers Norton Rose acted for the sellers of SPA Corporate Finance Ltd and the Birmingham office of Mills and Reeve advised Helvetia Wealth AG.
