We also work in institutional finance, with an emphasis on asset-based lending and factoring work.

Our work covers corporate and personal insolvency; both contentious and non-contentious. We have experience of section 110 and 425 arrangements and undertake restructuring work.

The team's expertise covers liquidations, administrations, restructures, defending directors' disqualifications, and the sale of businesses.

On the personal side we also deal with property issues, annulment applications and individual arrangements.
