The costs team advises on costs-only technical issues for insurance. Expertise includes:

The lawyers and support staff on the team draw their experience from a variety of backgrounds, including claimaint and defendant personal injury litigation, insurance claims handling, accountancy and credit control. Between them the team has over 100 years of costs experience.
The costs team were involved in the landmark Appeal decision of Thatcher v Subedi [20.11.07] regarding predictive fees and premature issue. Given the volume of such claims faced by insurers, this will result in significant savings across the industry.
