Fraud

Our fraud team offers a bespoke service to insurers, adjusters, self insured companies and corporate bodies. Services range from an initial review to providing an advice on the potential of fraud through to a complete claims handling service, including dealing with litigation and investigation if required.

We deal with all aspects of fraud including staged/contrived accidents involving pedestrians and vehicles, organised fraud rings, low speed vehicle impact claims and bogus passenger claims.

We have excellent relationships with all types of service suppliers, including investigators and barristers, so that we can advise on the full range of services likely to be required.

We also offer training and advice on an individual basis to our clients and their staff to assist them in identifying and defeating fraudulent claims themselves.
