Andrew joined Shakespeare Putsman in September 2008 from Pinsent Masons. He advises on all aspects of technology matters ranging from web and e-commerce issues to large scale IT and IT-related outsourcing in both the public and private sectors.

Recent projects include advising a major training business on the implementation of an e-commerce and online booking system and, in the public sector, advising the City and County of Swansea on its £83m Strategic Partnership Agreement with Capgemini. Andrew also advised on the ICT aspects of a number of Building Schools for the Future projects, including two of the three Pathfinder schemes at Bristol and Greenwich.
