Catherine has been a partner at Needham & James since 2002 and has over 20 years experience in family law. She has headed the family law team at the firm for the past five years and deals with all aspects of private family law work including high value divorce cases, pre-marital and separation agreements and disputes concerning contact or residence arrangements for children, She often handles issues which may arise upon the breakdown of a non-marital relationship, including disputes concerning financial provisions for children or non-married parents. Catherine is married with two daughters and a son and joined Needham & James as a trainee solicitor in 1987, qualifying as a solicitor two years later. She is a qulaified collaborative lawyer and a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel, Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and Warwickshire Law Society.
