Having spent 20 years working in central London, Chris joined the firm’s Commercial Property team in June 2007. He works out of the firm’s two Cotswold offices in Moreton-in-Marsh and Shipston-on-Stour. A transactional conveyancer, he represents landlords and tenants on the grant of leases for every type of commercial premises, be they office, warehouse, retail, hotel or restaurant premises, as well as acting for developers in the acquisition of freehold premises, their development and subsequent disposal. He also advises on transactions involving the sale, purchase and letting of farms and agricultural land.

Chris is enjoying his new life living and working in the Cotswolds with his wife and three daughters. He has taken up horse riding and enjoys playing squash, swimming, cycling, golf and DIY.
