Ian has 20 years experience advising on all aspects of construction work from drafting contracts through to the building phase and completion. He deals with disputes of all sizes and complexity and has advised on many multi-party disputes concerning professional negligence.

He has particular experience of advising on PFI projects, including an extension to the London Docklands light railway, the London Underground, and various health and schools-related projects. Ian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Member of the Society of Construction Law, and a member of the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association. He is a regular contributor to Building magazine.
