Mark has conducted litigation cases at all levels of court up to and including the landmark case of Pepper v Hart and a number of other reported cases. Mark is an accredited mediator and has represented parties in a variety of mediations, particularly in construction disputes, and has assisted parties in a large number of statutory adjudications. Mark's non contentious experience includes advising on standard form construction contracts, drafting bespoke contracts and all aspects of building professionals' appointments and collateral warranties. Mark is a Legal Services Commission adjudicator, a Trustee of Birmingham YMCA and a school governor.
