Mauro has practiced intellectual property law for 17 years, predominantly dealing with IP litigation. He advises on all aspects of IP law, including patents, designs, trade marks and copyright as well as advising on internet related matters. Mauro also advises on advertising and related matters.

He is a supervising solicitor on the execution of search and seizure orders and he is a tutor on the Nottingham Law School LLM for practitioners in IP litigation.
