Mike has practiced in employment law for over 26 years and is Visiting Professor of Employment Law at the UCE in Birmingham. He is also the author of the Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy sections of Jordans Employment Law Service. Mike’s clients encompass a wide range of employers from Plcs to small charities and some senior employees. Mike covers the full range of employment law from discrimination to collective employment law and from Tribunals to training and advice to drafting. He is a frequent lecturer and seminar presenter.
