Nick heads up our IP, IT and Projects team. He has specialised in IP for 13 years, and has wide experience in all aspects, both contentious and non-contentious. He is recommended by both Legal 500 and Chambers Directory. He is particularly experienced in patents, and has litigated in a wide variety of technical fields, from domestic appliances to printed circuit boards. Nick also advises on copyright, design and trade mark matters, including licensing programs, and has experience in data protection and competition law. Nick speaks regularly on IP subjects and writes for journals. He has a Diploma in IP Law and Practice from Bristol University and was awarded a Distinction in an Open University course in engineering. Memberships: IPLA, CIPA, ITMA, INTA, LES.
