Simon has been practising in employment law for 13 years, dealing in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has considerable experience in advocacy, having represented companies in Employment Tribunals on claims involving unfair dismissals, constructive dismissals, breaches of contract and all types of discrimination. His particular expertise is around large-scale reorganisations and business transfers and he also specialises in labour law, having carried out a number of statutory recognition cases before the Central Arbitration Committee.

Simon speaks at seminars on a variety of employment law and HR topics and also carries out training for clients in these areas.
