Keith joined Putsmans as a partner in 2005 having previously been at Wragge & Co. He has experience of dealing with all types of corporate finance work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and equity markets. He has particular experience in dealing with all types of listed company work including takeovers, flotations and secondary fundraisings on AIM, Plus and the Official List. Keith’s clients range from SMEs to large multinationals.
