Stephen is a partner in our Commercial Resolution division. He specialises in commercial litigation, insolvency and banking recoveries. He acts on behalf of major banks and institutions and undertakes both secured and unsecured recovery work.

Stephen graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1976 and, after completing his Law Society Finals, joined Shakespeares as an articled clerk. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1979 and became a partner in 1985. Stephen is also a Solicitor Advocate.
