Lorraine qualified as a solicitor in 1991 after working for a period in industry. She specialises in advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including discrimination and health and safety. She has considerable experience of complex corporate transactions and management of change, including the employment aspects of business transfers and handling redundancies, restrictive covenants and executive appointments and terminations.
