Tim is a partner in our Commercial Litigation team specialising in Asset Finance recoveries. Acting primarily for independent finance companies, he deals with the recovery of monies and all manner of movable assets. Tim also specialises in Invoice Finance and secured lending recoveries and achieves effective solutions to default in deals involving more complex structured lending.
