About our training programme

We have a very different approach to training contracts. We select our future lawyers very carefully using research into the characteristics of our successful lawyers as a basis on which to assess all of our applicants. During our selection day you will get to meet a range of partners, lawyers, support staff and current trainees to ensure that we really get to know each other.

If you join us we want to push you to excel and of course we want you to qualify and become a future leader in our firm. As you can see, our trainees are a vital and integral part of our life! Our goal is to build a truly different firm which genuinely values diversity and which offers an environment where everyone can make a positive contribution - whether they're a partner with 20 years of experience or a trainee with two weeks behind them!

We promise that we'll look for your potential and - if you join us - we'll work hard to help you succeed. That's why we don't specify a particular degree level or university and neither do we expect extensive experience. In short - a successful trainee is an amalgamation of many things!
