Q: What is the starting salary under your training contracts?

A: Currently our starting salary is £19,000 rising to £22,000 in your final year.

Q: How many of your trainees do you keep on at the end of their training contract?

A: It is difficult to give a true picture of this as the firm is so new but as our aim in training graduates is to develop people who will be our future leaders here and we hope to be able to keep all our trainees at the end of their contracts.

Q: Does the selection event involve psychometric testing?     A: No

Q: Do you have a work experience/vacation placement scheme?     A: No

Q: Do you sponsor the LPC?     A: No

Q: Can I apply if I need a work permit?

A: We would only be able to obtain a work permit for you if we could show that we could not find a suitable UK or EEA graduate to fill the vacancy. Given the number of applications we receive it is unlikely that we would be unable to recruit from the UK/EEA.
