What we're looking for: Legal secretary in private client - Stratford office
What you'll need: Sound legal secretarial skills, ideally with experience gained in private client work. Strong team player approach, flexible, helpful,motivated with a high degree of accuracy.
What's involved: Based in our Stratford private client division, providing secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee earners.This will be predominantly private client work but will also involve providing support to the family team when required.
What we're looking for: Legal secretary in corporate and technology - Stratford office
What you'll need: Previous legal secretarial experience, excellent written and verbal skills, strong organisational skills and a proactive and flexible approach.
What's involved: Based in our Stratford corporate and technology team, providing an all-round support function to the fee earners duties include; typing, amendments to documents, proactive diary management, organisation of training dates and client liaison. Ability to work late on occasionin order to meet deadlines.
What we're looking for: Administrative assistant - costs
What you'll need: Fast, accurate keyboard skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to choose the right information and record data accurately. Additionally a confident telephone manner is required and an interest in legal work would be a definite advantage.
What's involved: File opening, scanning, invoice matching, pro-active diary management, completion of court documents.
What we're looking for: Fee earner - banking
What's involved: The team works on behalf of a major high street lender, ultimately carrying out a debt recovery work for unsecured loans. The successful candidate will be required to carry out various reporting functions to the bank and attend court on a rota basis. The role involves a high volume of telephone calls to both debtors and clients.
What you'll need: The team is incredibly busy and the successful candidate will need very good organisational and time management skills.
What we're looking for: Experienced costs analyser
What's involved: Working as part of a large team considering bills and schedules of costs, formulating offers and negotiating settlements.
What you'll need: Experience of a broad range of costs analysis work with a strong technical background. Experience of drafting points of dispute and dealing with court applications, as well as advocacy would be preferred.
